How to prevent and control the quality of the entire vehicle wiring harness pipeline and prevent the overflow of quality problems is of great value and significance to the automobile OEM. Based on the aforementioned analysis, this paper discusses the prevention and control strategy of the whole vehicle wiring harness pipeline quality problems from two aspects. 3.1 Strengthen the whole vehicle pipeline quality review The whole vehicle pipeline quality review must be carried out throughout the whole life cycle of the whole vehicle development, from the preliminary design and development, prototype test production, all the way to the whole vehicle mass production stage. According to the vehicle design and development process, the quality review of the vehicle pipeline can be divided into 2 stages: the preliminary virtual design review and the evaluation of the actual vehicle pipeline.
